Customer Connect is a privately owned company. It commenced operations in 1982, initially specialising in database management. As a natural progression, mail processing was incorporated into our operations some years later and in 1986, we implemented what we believe is one of Australia’s most technologically advanced Call Centre Operations.
Customer Connect today provides a total solution to communication, through management and delivery systems using the latest high-end technology for complete customer interaction. In order to deliver on our philosophy we operate in several core streams. The company's services are synchronised across different channels – some of these channels include: voice, phone, on-line chat, e-mail, voice over IP, video – for seamless delivery to the customer.
